AYCDAP Stories is a communicate project aiming to get the feeling and thought of children about animals during the events taking place at Danang Library every Sunday. Below is one of the thinking, which we have received from the kids during the program. Let’s read and share your feeling!!
AYCDAP asked happily: “Heyyyy!! Do you like animals?”
✨She replied: “Yes, I really love puppies. If I had a puppy, I would play and take care of him but at home but I only raise a big dog at home so I often tie him as I afraid that he could bite me. I adopted him for a long time but I don’t like to hug him much because there are many fleas on his body *laugh*”
💓 What a cute and honest sharing!!! However, big dogs might be really kind and friendly. When you spend more time closing them, I believe you would fall in love with them and just want to hug them forever.
AYCDAP asked happily: “Heyyyy!! Do you like animals?”
✨He smiled and answered me: “Yes, I do. I love cats the most. Honestly, I really like to raise a cat but I cannot because of my parents. Cats is one of my favorite animals as they are so cute and they are also able to catch mice. Thus, if I could choose to be a type of animal, I certainly would be a brave cat”

AYCDAP asked happily: “Su!!! Which animals do you like the most?”
✨She smiled and answered me: “I really love cats because they are so cute. In the past, I used to raise an adorable cat. At that time, I often played with him and feeded him but he was taken away. If it is possible, I hope I could have another cat in order to be my best friend.”
🚫Kidnap caused to loss of Su’s best friend of her childhood sadly. Anyway, hope you will welcome another friend soon!!
AYCDAP asked happily: “Hey girl!! Do you raise any pets at home?”
✨She replied with hopeful voice: “Nope, I don’t because my parents worry about their dirty but if I have good condition then I will certainly raise a cat at home. It’s really cute. If I had this chance, I would take care of her by feeding her everyday, taking her for a walk and to have a bath. I really love cats so if someone harms cats, I will tell them: "You mustn’t do so because cats are innocent. Everyone should love and protect cats and also animals.”

⁉️The same as the answer of previous girl, taking care of and keeping clean for pets are still consideration with both adults and children.
If randomly to be an ANIMAL, what would you be?
AYCDAP asked, "Na, na, do you raise a dog at home?!"
Na replies cheerfully: "Na don't have dogs or cats, but Na has a tortoise because I really love them but I still afraid that they could bite so I cannot stand close and my mother doesn't allow me to raise them as my house is too small. Now the tortoise is my best friend so, before going to bed, I often sit down next to his tank for a while and feed him, too. Every time I come, his head goes up to grab food from me . Until now, I have had tortoise for more than 5 years. He is much larger than when the first time he came home"
Hope the tortoise of Na will grow up soon with Na Na !!!!!
It would be great if every parent would give them the opportunity to be cared for and close to pets like Na!!!
Tadaaaa today will be a completely different story from a girl who is afraid of animals but extremely loved them.
AYCDAP asked curiously, "Do you like any animal? And why do you like them?"
A hesitantly replied, "Actually I'm scared of animals because at first I was threatened that if I runned, I would be bitten by a dog. So until now, I'm still scared. I always want to raise a cat to have a friend to talk and the cat also helps catch nasty mice too. But my parents told me I were too young to care for a pet. So my parents promised me when I grow up and have good academic performance at school, they will reward me with a kitten"
Quaoooo she is so cute, afraid is afraid but she still wishes having a cat in the house!!!!
Her parents also graciously accepts a cat to motivate her learning spirit. She is not only study well, but also have a great love with animals. It is commendable!!!!
We have had a chance to talk with a girl, who is adorable and answers the question honestly
“I want to be a bird in order to fly up to the sky and of whatever I want. Nevertheless, the most dangerous thing I have to face is being caught by the hunter, who will store us into a metal cage and waiting for the death or trading. Subsequently, besides the freedom that being the bird brings to me, I can also help other birds to prevent from being stuck into the traps”
As you can read, despite her young age, her awareness on protecting the animal should be encouraged.
We are back, continuing with the AYCDAP stories series, today we will tell you a little story about the girl who has a warm heart and loves animal deeply.
“ I have a Hamster in my house, I really love it and it is also easy to take care of. Moreover, having a dog is my wish, however, due to the small backyard that my house has, my parents don’t allow me to feed a dog. Personally, a dog is my friend not just basically an animal, since he is extremely loyal. The most terrible thing that makes me disappointed is watching people eat “dog-meat” as a delicious meal. If I have an opportunity, I will convey a touching letter about the benefits that the dog brings to us. Whenever I see a dog-snapping, inevitably I will go to tell the adult. In my point of view, all the animals are our friend, who will have their own advantages."
As you guys can see, her cognition on protecting the animal and her love has outweighed the young age she is. So why we cannot do that?
